I like dress #2, but with BOOTS and for dancing at the reception, I think #1 will work better and it looks like it will have GREAT flow while dancing. I'm presuming with boots y'all will be doing some line dancing at the reception. HAVE FUN whatever you decide. Definitely let us know!!!

not drinking calories otherwise stated drinking more water (taking body weight in pounds, divide by two, drinking that number of ounces of water per day. Example 260/2=130 ounces which is just over 16 8oz glasses per day. Or until your urine is VERY light)

Processed sugars are an addiction for me. When I go off, I get a headache for several days. Ibuprofen helps me through. Once past that three day mark, the pull is easier to avoid. I have been doing soaked oats with chia seeds and soy milk for breakfast. fast and easy, grab and go. Cuties (mandarine oranges) for snacks, chicken for dinner. Salad or soup for lunch. Kids eat what I eat because it's healthy and good for them to learn good habits too. (They just get some extras from grandma)
