Day 2 down.. Shoulders were so sore last night. *Tip* if you cant get the side lunges down, i do squats instead it burns just as bad .

Just started level 1 tonight. wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be.. but will see after the 2-4th day! Day 1 down 29 more to go!

ive been taking it for 5 weeks now and im down more than 20lbs (weigh in tomm.). It does stop you from feeling hungry all day. i get about a 2-3 hour peak of energy thats when ill get my workouts in. All in all i like it, it helps me not think about food all day and i eat when im hungry. Also, my mood has been great since…

Thanks for the responds.. I do stay away from eating out and i check all the labels to what im eating. I drink more than 8 glasses of water a day also. Ill have to try the Ms. Dash it sounds like a good alternative. and ill have to stay away from processed food as much as i can. Does salt make you bloat?

Started March 26th, 2013 at 247... now as of today (4/9/13) i weigh 231. 16lbs down.. now just need more excersie ideas besides running on the tredmill and situps. Help! ive still got a good 100lbs to go!
