https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C8ialLlcdcw I would say it's a good thing to sweat more. Because of that video right there. tl;dr: You breathe and sweat out your fat. (80% is breathed out the rest is urine, sweat, tears whatnot)

Totally agree with simple not always being easy. But there's usually a very noticeable difference between someone who is just ignorant vs someone who is making excuses. on another note, I should probably get out of here. I've got a run to do.

In regards to starving vs gluttony there literally is a middle ground for everyone. In regards to eating the things you want, probably not so much. I don't allow chips or snack cakes or cookies etc, in my house any more even though I love them because I know my limits and I know that I personally can not handle them in the…

That is not how this works, that's not how any of this works. There are not only two options starving or gluttony. There is a middle ground.

It's CI vs CO. It is that simple. Last year I stopped watching it quite as well as I should have. I ended up gaining 40ish pounds back. I decided it must be some type of problem, condition, something outside of my control, and obviously not the extra food I was shoving down my throat. Finally in November of last year I…

I decided this sounded too argumentative so I'm just gonna erase it. But it basically boiled down to it's not a diet it's a change in lifestyle you can't go back.

Honestly that's probably the problem right there. You shouldn't be eating the same as him. Unless you just meant you are eating your sized portions but of the same food. Or possibly he's eating your sized portions so he's at a higher deficit. (I don't know what he does exercise/work wise but he could just be doing mroe…

I personally NEED to count calories. Otherwise my portions sneak up and I gain weight again. That article is silly. This article is a little harsh, so read at your own risk, but it goes over the adaptive thermo something or other that I forgot how to spell. http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/starvation-mode/ TL;DR: CI vs CO is…

https://www.fitbit.com/user/38Q2VP I have a charge HR I just got it on Wednesday/Thursday. I like it a lot I really love the comparison to friends on there.
-
I got rid of them as soon as I stopped fitting in them. The reason was that if I didn't have clothes to grow into I'd be much less likely to gain some back. :D
-
You look fantastic :O It's amazing what being overweight does to ones appearance. People really do look completely different.
-
How surprisingly good you'll feel. Like you don't notice aches and pains and how bad you look in pictures and then suddenly its 20/30/100 pounds later and you're like hot damn.
-
Nowhere near done but I found that 2007 picture today and compared it to my only other recent blue shirt picture. (That's 100ish lbs lost. I don't know my weight in the beginning picture.)

I have a jawbone up. I like it except for the fact that sometimes it erases my steps if mapmyfitness tries to update at the same time as it's syncing. Jawbone also doesn't have an actual desktop website for it's graphs and whatnot which makes me sad. I bought a fitbit and it's supposed to get here tomorrow. But I can't…

Regaining weight after a "diet" is because people think once you're "done" you can go right back to the way you were before you changed. You can't "diet" you have to change your lifestyle. That article seems like nonsense and I don't feel like completely reading it. Skimming was enough for me. EDIT: I went back and read it…

I had to take a 5 minute breather after walking to the bathroom and back before I could get back on the phone at my job. (It was like 30 feet both ways)
-
I don't have the fitbit, I have a jawbone up but I know that sometimes it does that too. I think it estimates what it thinks you'll be at and then when you sync the next day it might lower because it estimated too high. Um I do remember a tweet/fb post about fitbit and mfp not syncing right yesterday though so it could be…

Ok I haven't technically weighed for Feb yet, buy my last weigh in in January (I think it was like 28th) was 301.2 This month I kinda want to get to 290 but that's a bit of a stretch, I lost 11 lbs in Jan, but that was coming off a long binge type month. Realistically I'm probably looking at 295. which is cool.
-
My goal is to lose another 150 pounds >.> I'm fat. (But less fat than I was. So there is that.) But that's my long term goal. current mini goal (under 300) should be met this Wednesday :open_mouth: (And then next mini goal is 275) I'm not on MTF much anymore so HAHA (Jaded on MTG)

Yes, I log my weight every week. Up, down, or same because it does show a picture when you look at the graph of what you've done. It also shows sometimes you might go up a little but it's almost always a downward trend.
-
I'm in the wrong forum how the hell did I get in weight gain, >.> Ignore me .
-
I just ate a french fry, I ate it cause it's tasty.
-
I wear a thin excercise shirt, (I bought it at walmart) it's sleeveless, and capris. I wouldn't be caught dead in just a sports bra and shorts. And it's really hot here in the summer.

QFT You're not eating near enough.

I did not keep my goal for most of April, but I really pulled off my last week, and I'm proud of that at least, and I've started off May in the green!

Ha! Just what I needed this morning. XD Broccoli and full moons.

Goal: Do 3 miles of walking every weekday. Track: I track it through mapmywalk which posts to my feed (publicly) Reward: The accessories that go to the bike I want. (Helmet, pads of all sorts, waterbottle holder thing)
