Taking a rest day isn't taking time off from a discipline, I have to disagree. Resting is an integral part of the recovery from exercise that your body requires. I switched from high bar to low bar. I find I feel far more stable with low bar, and my form is better.

Originally, it was for straight weight loss. Now that's shifted - I want to qualify for the 2015 National Powerlifting Championships, and I'm not all that far off. I now see weight loss as a byproduct of the things I do to help get me to my goal :flowerforyou:

I didn't *mind* I-III. Hayden Christensen wasn't terrible in Episode III, but he wasn't awesome. Though I will add child-Anakin to the list of "couldn't stand". Most annoying was a toss up between him, and Jar Jar.

My favorite pants are my sweatpants that are literally 3 sizes to big, with elastic in the foot holes, and the legs way too long so i can pull my feet inside and use them as socks/slippers at the same time. That said, I only wear them at home. Or when I go to Walmart.

There are lots of programs - do some looking up on the interwebz. Stronglifts and Starting Strength are good places to begin. Also, check in with a trainer to help them pad it with assistance exercises, and make sure your form is correct :-)
