yep mine is the same way. he makes me feel like he wants me to be fat. telling me im getting too skinny (im not). buying me doughnuts (which is one of my addictions). and lots of times wants to eat stuff that just isnt the healthiest. it makes it so hard.

a whole box of little debbie cakes (8-10 cakes depending on which kind) in a day. yikes! its my addiction. oh yeh....and when we ate at ryans restaurant i could eat like 6 yeast rolls with that honey butter

i also have hashimotos and yes it is very hard to lose weight for me. i usually have no energy even when on the right does of meds according to my blood work. it also seems to mess with my appetite, i am hungry alot more than i think i should be.

i hear alot of good about polars,but i got a timex because i couldnt afford the polar and my timex works great! i got it on amazon. just look on there you will see tons of reviews on different brands :)

happens to me every night even when im not pregnant and i have no clue why. and it dont matter if i drink 2 cups a day or 10 cups a day of water i still do it. think im goina ask my dr about it soon because its interrupting my sleep too much lol

i got through month 1before my life went crazy.but i wanna do it again and finish it. i definately saw a difference in just the 1 month i did it. :) i was 170 or so when i started it and my goal weight is 130. i lost between 5-10 lbs the month i did it,cant remember exactly. add me if you want :)

thats a good goal. im 5'5.5" my goal is about 130-140 .but i care more about fitting in my clothes than what the scale says. id be happy in a size 6/7 pants and small or medium shirts instead of large shirts and seize 11 pants lol. i started out about 172. down to 151 now.

3 cups spinach 2 cups of ice 1/2 banana 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 6oz unsweetened almond milk it tastes like peanut butter in my opinion,its good. you can omit the banana. it also can be regular peanut butter if thats all you have.

i hate skirts and dresses unless its for church or something. i wear jeans almost always and t-shirts. they are not tight but some are fitted. i wear shorts too,but not short ones. dont wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts either because im embarrassed. :)
