Morgan seems to have changed from when Rick last saw him. He has become all "buddhist" philosopher, and did not kill those two guys that attacked him. I dont care how people exercise as long as its sanitary and hygienic (IE if you sweat over the machine, wipe it off after use!!!) I wonder who is abusing who and if Rick will kill the wrong person. That girl is cute and Rick is very attracted to her...but is she what she seems? I have a gas stove and I use the pan for stir frying or pan frying. So maybe medium to high heat I have heard of the Le Creuset pans and they are pricey. Hoping I can find one on sale

There might be a link between nosebleeds and high BP get your BP checked if it happens again, go to a doctor just to make sure its not a symptom of something more serious

I had a TFAL non stick pan and it got ruined in a few months. I use it for stir fries or frying burgers/patties As Im a vegetarian, don't really cook meat stuff ...if that makes a difference

I don't recall the ingredients exactly, however I remember it uses honey and not caramelized sugar. Its a very thin brittle and easily breaks apart so I can crumble it on oatmeal

I find it really hard to just replace quinoa with rice. There is a different texture and flavour profile with quinoa as opposed to rice. The best I eat quinoa is to make quinoa burgers /patties. That way its mixed with a whole bunch of ingredients and after pan frying/baking, its less noticeable
