If she's 30FF in UK sizes, she's a 30H in US sizes. For whatever reason, US sizes lose their minds after DD and the bras start to fit weird. That's why it's best to figure out your UK size and use that. This is coming from a 38JJ!

I just use the powders. I have a Greens! powder in the AM, and then a protein after a work-out. I use them for supplements to a healthy diet, and it seems to be working okay for me. Had my first 'real' weigh in (the first one after the one to see how much I weigh, then go from there). I gained one pound! Wft?! I'm hoping it's muscle weight, but something about the fatness of my body leads me to believe this is wistful thinking. Better luck next week!
