I know I will be a better mom, it's just hard to get back to being a little selfish, when as a mother I think you are expected to put your family first always. But look where that got me! Time for a little "me" time again. Hubby gets his workout in, so should I!

I am right with you girl! I need some me time desperately! My almost 3 year old is mostly potty trained, but she still poops in her underwear every other day. Awesome lol. Congrats on your baby girl as well!

I asked him if 1800 was ok, and he said yes. That was first trimester. I am now in second so I upped it to 1950. I see him tomorrow, and I will ask him if that is good for where I am :)

Yes! I was losing weight when I got pregnant in March! Then in September I was not counting cals, so I was maintaining. Also good luck for the future, and I will be watching for the good news :)

Sorry to hear about your loss. I lost one in March. I have not lost 9lbs while pregnant, that was before getting pregnant. I haven't changed it yet. I should put it to zero until baby comes, then start my ticker!

I am going to add you if that's ok?! I am going through something similar. Lost 18lbs, had a miscarriage and fell off the band wagon. Gained 8lbs back. I need to find the power to re-commit and stick to it.. Not sure where that power is hiding. :grumble:

I will be running on a treadmill at first, so I won't needing a mapping or gps unit. I guess I was just concerned with my speed, because I seem to do too much too soon. I did download the C2K Free app, I like it.

Hubby and I are trying to conceive #2. Not sure how many we will have but I told him at 30 I'm shutting this baby factory down! I look at it this way, If I keep in shape while pregnant its less to lose after!

I had a baby 7.5 months ago, which made me fluffy! That's not the reason, it's because I am now the FAT Friend :embarassed: I can be a mom, and still be hot and in shape damnit! :tongue:
