Can you help me too? I want to be able to figure out what I SHOULD be eating not to starve myself compared to what my calories are set at. I looked at your roadmap thread..and everytime I try and configure it, I'm getting different things? This shouldn't be so hard. I think I'm making things too difficult. >__<

Ah! I've been looking for healthier alternatives to nachos too because I've been craving them badly. I'm going to use some of these ideas when I make some tomorrow.
