Mmh there's nothing wrong with working out at home or workout DVDs, I know a few people who gym and they not really seeing any better results than me, some might even say I'm getting better results then they are. I think as long you put the work in you will get fit either through the gym or workout DVDs a gym isn't a…

The general consensus is that the smallest part is your waist so usually about 4 cms above your belly button.

Hey, You need to lose about roughly 5 kgs in order to go down a size, I'm also a comfy UK12 in my hips, but probably a UK10 in my legs. I've lost 15 kgs so far and I actually haven't gone down drastically in clothing sizes. I will need to go clothing shopping again when I'm home to know if I'm a new size now, but I doubt…

Any chance I could do this by hand? Would it come out too lumpy?

Hey, Insanity is a popular workout DVD you can find links on YouTube just type in insanity workout. A lot of people like it because its crazy hard lol and gives you amazing results if you stick it out. Nice on the belly dancing I always liked alternative workouts!

MMMH thanks, I don't have an elliptical, but I do think maybe running at night is my best bet. I have a park near me where I can do it. I'm also not a cardio lover, I do it because I do think it has really good health benefits and I'm sorry, but I disagree about needing to do it everyday. I live on the 15th floor of my…

Yep, I'm going to my home country for a few months until I decide the next country I want to live in. I haven't seen some of my family members for years and I must say I was quite chubby when I left and of course the first few months of moving to my current country I tried out so much food! I gained a lil more ;), but I'm…

I know a few skinny fat people, I'd say its also not just about flab, but also how you carry your weight. A friend of mine is skinny as in tall wears a size UK6 jeans, but she has a tummy so I consider her skinny fat, I also don't think its all about BF% as well because my BF has a low BF%, but I call him skinny fat as…

You really doing well! I love it! Great job

I love yoghurt! If I could find it here I would try it! I will just stick with the normal yoghurt till my options increase!

Hehehe Okay I'll bite! I will treat myself to a trip to the Seychelles ;) and I will only do so if I achieved the results I want to achieve, I usually don't believe in denying myself stuff, but I'm going on a few trips this year so yes if I want to squeeze the Seychelles in I need to work for it!
-
LOL, okay then I will just stay away from it all together thanks!

Hey, I wouldn't necessarily say the results are smaller with resistance bands not for me anyway. I used to use resistance bands, but stopped because the resistance I had was starting to become too light for me. I saw really nice results with it especially on my back! I think personally for me DBs are better for my arms and…

The short answer to this is yes, I'm sure others will give you a long winded and detailed explanation as to why. If your nutrition is on track and you working out be it intense cardio or heavy lifting or just walking, if you moving and eating right you will lose weight.

Korean it said Greek in English though and yoghurt in Konglish, from what I could gather from the label the nutritional info on it wasn't drastically different to a drinking yoghurt I had in the fridge.

*love eyes* sigh both of you have a tummy I can only dream of right now! I will perceive though and add my jiggly free stomach here!

Quite honestly I never understood why the hourglass shape was so popular! Yes, yes, yes I am one and I'm not unhappy far from it lol its just I always found it curious as to why so many women wanted to have that particular shape! I suppose at the end of the day we all just need to work with what we have!
-
Thanks for the sarcasm lol, but yes lol it was a bit of a shock since my family mostly lean towards the pear shape or athletic! and I only really starting getting boobs as I gained weight so naturally assumed I would lose them as I lost weight! I accepted my shape now though so just curious as to see what I might be…

TOTALLY IMPRESSIVE ;) I love stuff like that! You are awesome if that is you and if its not you awesome for recognizing how impressive that is!

Thanks! I did Jillian and its not for me, I like variety in my cardio, but I happen to like the strength training workouts I do so that's why they consistent. I also know people are trying to help me out since I asked for their opinion so please don't take this the wrong way, but I won't increase my weights soon, I am…

its tabata styled workouts meaning 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for four minutes each exercise. I know awhile ago there was a lil bit of a dispute about what tabata was so for arguments sake we can just call it HIIT. I just wanted to double check if it was okay since I've been slacking a lil LOL and I'm planning to be a…

wait what? 320 pounds *mind boggled*, I think I have strong legs and I can definitely go the distance in leg workouts, but wow 320! I don't even need to convert that to Kgs to know I'm out matched! Congrats!!!! hehehe ps: I'm also stronger than my bf in leg workouts (only) so perhaps its just a female thing!
-
LOL silly question maybe as many will probably say you can't get muscular from eating junk food, but does your BF have a lot of muscle? In other words can you see them? Not just when he flexes? BF the lucky bugger has gotten free time to gym at work and have a massage afterwards (sigh) so working out for him is not a…

Yes, lol Wahelga I actually forgot to make that point. In quite a few countries there are exercise parks in fact I will be visiting the local one tonight! I suppose it would be better to know which continent you backpacking on as some its quite feasible to buy a bike and use that as your transport!

Hey, I usually lose weight when I travel being active and what not. I didn't diet/meal plan one bit, but came home lighter from my last holiday. I did pick up some weight though when I first moved abroad, but that's cause I was settling in and found the places I like eating at etc. I'm not entirely sure why you picking up…

LOL, I don't eat meat and trust me he does eat a lot of chicken! We don't have an oven well not really picture an oven the size of a toaster so I usually just make him chicken fillets/breasts. I make a whole pack of chicken usually (1 kg) and that will be about two meals for him. I have been trying to avoid frying stuff…

Thanks Horseplaypen! I totally forgot what a calorie bomb nuts can be. He naturally has an athletic shape to him (did the whole athlete thing in H.S), when we started I assumed he would totally rock the whole fitness thing and he would be at goal weight within a month. Its been longer than a month and his progress is slow,…

If you a meat eater and you throwing your diet out of the window then Samgyeopsal, most Koreans & foreigners a like go bonkers for it, Most of the dishes has already been mentioned, but since you in Singapore I would have a go at Haemultang (seafood and tofu stew). mmmh what else oh Kimchi Jjigae its a safer bet than just…

Okay lol, how odd my fat is far from jiggly it seems to be firmer (as I get smaller). I skimmed the answers and most people seem to have more jiggle now? I assumed firming up is just a part of slimming down?

Well Jillian has the 6 week 6 pack DVD? There's also slim in 6?
