I'm at 16 months nursing and just put on a good 4 pounds out of no where. =o( I'm hoping it's muscle. I don't know what advice to give you but I do feel your pain. It really is a balancing act.

You can do it! Some days I just want to throw out my scale. I feel like at this point in the game it isn't needed, and just makes me crazy. You know you are taking care of your body.
-
I've been stuck for a while now. I started reducing my carbs and now the scale is moving again. Hang in there. You look amazing!

I started at 219 at am now 144isb. 135 is my goal but now I'm stuck. Hoping it will help.
-
I'm in! I actually only have 9 more pounds to go.
-
I didn't lose any weight till the recovery week and then it started falling off

My son will be 9 months on the 1st and so far so good. Lost 75 pounds and knock on wood supply still seems good. Congrats on making it this far. By a year I may switch him to cows milk and just nurse him at night but idk yet. I want to research it and go from there.

I had my son 2/1/12.....I am now down 73 pounds from there. I use MFP and I like beach body workouts....no I am not a coach and don't want to be. I started out walking, then did Insanity, and now I'm doing ChaLean Extreme. Checkout my profile pic

Sweets! Lots and lots of sweets!

Thank you everyone! I think I might trying to increase calories a little and cut back on carbs somewhat. I'm hungry all the time so I definitely need to make some kind of adjustment.

Idk because your diary isn't public. You could be eating 12 to 14 100 calorie packs for all I know. What you eat makes a big difference.
-
I could have written this post myself. Bump
-
Check out my before and after profile pic and you tell me!

I disagree totally. Doing Insanity is the same as hitting the gym every day in a sense. You are working out all your muscle groups just at home. No matter how you are trying to lose weight your success will be based on effort put in. I did Insanity and I didn't think the weight dropped off quickly at all.
-
Agreed. There are no quick fixes. Diet and exercise.
-
I'm sorry about everything you are going through. Make the time. Trust me! I have a 7 month old, I work full time, and my husband is deployed. I don't have any help. I work out every day. Usually that means giving up some sleep but I always feel all that stress melting away.

People don't want others to lose weight for 2 reasons: 1. They will be jealous 2. That might mean they have to change too.
-
You can do it. Look at my profile pic and trust me!

Breakfast: Huge stack of blueberry pancakes, extra butter. Chocolate milk Lunch: A big burger with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes and mozzarella sticks Dinner : Bertuccis warm bread with olive oil, caesar salad, pizza. Dessert: Warm nut brownie or apple crisp with ice cream

You look great! PS love the dresses!

I mean this is the nicest possible way.....your diary sucks. There isn't much on there period. Where are the veggies and protein? No wonder you are hungry. I suggest you check out the diaries of people who have lost a lot of weight. Fast food is high in sodium which won't help weight loss.

I just started month 2. In the 1st month I lost nothing.......recovery week hit and I dropped 6 pounds like that. I'm hoping month 2 is good to me!
-
Sorry ladies. Good old MFP wasn't letting me know anyone commented on this! LOL. Ive lost 56 pounds now, I have 18 more to go to my goal and hubby is still going to be gone 4 more months. =o( I wish he could come home already. I just started insanity 6 days ago....it is kicking my butt!

Salsa chicken: Throw chicken breast, salsa, and black beans in a crock pot. Cook till you can shred it, drain and serve on whole wheat tortillas.

I add 500 calories. I lost 25 pounds of the 40 I gained within 2 weeks. It took me 14 weeks to lose 25 more and now my weight is crawling. I want to lose 25 more but it's going so slow now.
-
It's a great motivator! I have 26 more to go!
