If you really, really, really need chocolate, and nothing else will do: take 30 little chocolate chips and put them in a little sauce dish. Eat them slowly. They are remarkable satisfying, and only 70 calories (4 grams fat). You feel like you're cheating, but you're not. P.S. I use Costco/Kirkland chocolate chips.

Thanks, Nancy! I will definitely add you as a friend! I am, indeed, a Type2 Diabetic. I was so devastated when I was diagnosed, because I had known I was genetically prone to developing the disease, and had sworn never to let myself to there. Well, upward and onward from today.
