HOT!

Well, for one thing, you're not starting at like 215lbs like some people that lose 30lbs or whatever on the program. Plus, it looks like you're already in pretty decent shape. I'm not sure what your goals are with Insanity, but you're not going to have dramatic results and you certainly won't have them after 16 days.…

SO.MUCH.FAIL. I'm actually frightened at this point.
-
It doesn't *necessarily* mean you're getting fitter. It means you're not pushing as hard as you did the first day OR the first day you did it, your body could've been in some state where your heart rate was elevated. For instance, I've done Insanity twice. The most burn ever with Pure Cardio was probably 515ish. My heart…

This is what I did: March 2012 - Mid-August 2012 NROL4W Mid-August - January 2013 - 2 round of Insanity Feb - current - NROL4W and Insanity twice a week. At this point, I don't think I'll really ever just "go to the gym" without having an actual program to go off of. I feel so much better about what I've done and where I'm…

Wow, you're amazing...and gorgeous! I'm sorry about your husband.
-
Okay, I'm going to be honest with you. I did NROL last March-August. It's a GREAT program and have added tons of NR friends -- so not only do I have my perspective everyday, but multiple others all the way through it. Many of us battled frustration regarding fat loss the entire way. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the program…

Me too. The strawberry cream is my FAVE!

Ugh...it's too early for a judgemental rant. When you have 3 kids, a fulltime job, and the closest family member is 5 hours away, THEN I'll discuss food choices with you.
-
Did you take any measurements? Do you wear a HRM? Also, why are you doing BOTH programs? I've completed Insanity twice. I burn 800+ calories and am gassed after each workout -- especially after day 5 or 6. If you've got enough left in you to do RI30, maybe you can push a little harder during Insanity.
-
It cost me like 12 bucks on Ebay....
-
That's the same way with me the first time I did the program. This time, I knew where to start so the gains are much slower...but still there!
-
The first 4 workouts are pretty quick -- less than 3 minutes (only 2 sets of each). Once you up to 3 sets of each, it goes a little longer. Stage 2 workout B took me around 70 minutes.
-
Wow, those gains are huge -- even considering the reduction in reps throughout Stage 1. What was your diet like?
-
Lookin' good lady!
-
More working out won't help you if you're not on track with your eating. If I were your size (although many won't agree), I'd eat 1200-1500 calories a day with no cheat days until you're done. At least 100g of protein.

I'm 5'11. Gorgeous and sexy. Cute? Ain't nobody got time for that.
-
Ditto. There is no way in hades that I could stay married and get less than 8 hours of sleep. I'm normally in bed (asleep) by 9 and up at 5:30 to get ready for work.

I workfull time and have a 3, 4, and 10 year old. 1. I have a husband that is 50% responsible as a parent. He cooks (I clean). 2. I workout at lunch. Sure, I get back to work all sweaty but sweaty is way better than flabby. 3. I've had a housekeeper since the time I got married. Trust me, I'm not rich. I drive a car that's…

I'd do Friday and Saturday, then start OVER with Week 2 so you actually do the entire (well, it will be more) program. The hardest part about Insanity is the 6 day a week schedule -- you just can't make up a missed workout. I did Insanity twice -- if I knew there was a day I was going to have to miss, I at least did all 5…

Wow. You're amazing. Thanks so much for sharing and inspiring us :)

So glad I took the time to read...great story. And great job! Looks like the wife is finding success, too. Totes inspired!
-
Daaaaaaang! Mad respect. That's amazing!

You're AMAZING, lady!

Oh yes you can refuse to pay the gratuity -- just because it's typed out all nice and pretty on the check doesn't mean the customer is *required* to pay it.

Food!

Love this outlook!

My husband thinks he's God's gift to comedy AND he ran D1 track in college so he thinks he's a flipping exercise expert. It's better for our marriage that we workout seperately!
-
You're gorgeous!

It's time to do something else. I finished my second round of Insanity and now am on my 2nd "bonus" week of Month 2 (so basically I'm doing 2 extra weeks of month 2). At this point, I'm over it. I'm so tired of Insanity. I'm ready to get back into the gym. I did NROL4W before doing Insanity and I'm planning on starting it…
