I am back as well. Lost 30 pounds from 3/20 to 6/20, then basically took the summer off--so hard to track with being out all the time and not having full control of what's around. Good news is, I only gained back a few pounds! Looking forward to getting my schedule back on track and doing regular tracking of my food!

I had a hard day yesterday. Lost my only son to Cystic Fibrosis three years ago. I scheduled a massage for myself, then took a long nap. got up long enough to eat dinner, then just went back to bed. I knew if I stayed up I would over eat....sometimes you just need to do what you need to do to take care of yourself. hang in…

I am so thrilled I saw this! SO excited for this race! My goal is to do the couch to 5k training, and this will be the first race I attempt to run. woohoo!!!!
