I like walking, I have the treadmill though I prefer being outside when the weather is warmer than it is now.

I lost just about 75 pounds and my stomach is terrible, I don't know either how to tighten all the skin. My mother had weight loss surgery so that covered her surgery for removal for the skin.

hi I'm Jen, My current weight is 209 and I'm down 30 pounds since March. My goal is 175-185 and I would be thrilled to get to the 185 range by my birthday in mid October or at the latest by Halloween.
