I feel your pain!! I don't mind the diet part as much as I do the exercise. I get up at 5am because I don't have a lot of free time any other time. I don't know if I hate the 5am or the exercise part more. I don't feel energized and I don't enjoy it like everyone said I would. But, I keep on keeping on! I also live an hour…

It took me about a month before I started seeing any results on the scale. I was so discouraged and wanted to give up. I've finally lost 25 pounds (I still have 40 to go) and it has taken me 3 months!! It's been a slow process. Stick to it!! You WILL see results! Good luck!

My husband went to the weight doctor and in his book it says that the recommended amount of water is 8 8oz glasses a day. However, the overweight person needs more.
