Newbie here... Great timing as I just saw this. I've never joined in a "challenge" before, not even to challenge myself. This is awesome, I'm getting back on the exercise wagon and this will help me stay committed and challenge myself to do more! May 1 - 30 mins. walking

Thanks for bringing this up, since I too have only lost 6 pounds in 3 months and have become frustrated. I am going to recalculate my caloric intake and make it a new day! :smile:
