  • I was happy with my weigh-in results. Making some small changes as well as some big changes but not doing anything that I dont feel is sustainable. Hope everyone is kicking butt!
  • Very good app! Takes it nice and slow and builds you up.
  • I wasnt able to make it today so Im not sure of everything that you did but usually for interval training I put calisthenics. I could be wrong though so Im interested in hearing the HAWC experts advice on this as well.
