These are great ideas! I also mix my cottage cheese with a low cal cereal like cheerios and it tastes yummy!

Cat, Camomille (sp?) tea is supposed to be a natural relaxant ... Celestial Seasons also makes a "sleepytime" tea with chamomille (sp?). I also find that watching anything science fiction-y puts me RIGHT to sleep lol!
