I get very offended to when people say that about GED's. I have a GED but I also have a college degree! Ive battled an eating disorders since I was 13 years old. I use this site as a means to control my eating and NOT starve myself. It is sad to know that they are doing that.

I made the mistake of trying to lose to many lbs in one week. Defiantly make sure your calorie intake is high enough. You will be less hungry during the day, and you will lose weight much easier. I couldn't believe I had to eat MORE to lose. Lol

You can actually track you sugars and sodium if you would like. Go to My home. Settings. Then right there it says what do you wanna track or whatever it says and you can add sugars and sodium :)
