Thank you so much. I have also given up most sugars. My main source of sugar is fruit. Otherwise, I don't add sweeteners to my foods. I also stay away from white flours. So, we are very similar. Can't wait to do our journey together!

Staying away from sugar about 10 days before your period may help. It has helped some of my friends. It helped me so much that i got off of sugar, period!

This is due to a hormonal imbalance that I found could be controlled by removing these foods: refined sugars, refined flours, caffeine and alcohol. I have tried in the past to eat it occasionally and it completely throws me off. So, now I refuse to touch anything that contains at least one of those four. But, everything…

Not craving veggies yet, even though Im trying a mostly raw diet. I have found a bunch of raw food dips to make a the process easier for me. I have a strong sweet tooth, so I tend to crave fruits. I can't wait for the day that my tastes become more balanced. Congrats!

I read it a couple of years ago and became a vegetarian. I think there are some good points to take away from it. Though i'm more of a flexitarian now (i eat meat once or twice a month), I think it has helped me change my diet to one that's a little more healthy.
