I just started last month and no one loves food more than me, if I can cut back I believe you can too! I love hoagies and ice cream soda and all that good fattening stuff. So instead of making myself miserable I'm just cutting portion sizes. This may take me longer to reach my goal but I'll be happier on the journey there.…

As an adult I know longer have friends who I am not comfortable telling how I feel. Being able to be honest is the hallmark of a good friend. If she can't do that then she is not your best friend anyway. Did you lose a lot of weight? Is she jealous?

Don't feel bad, I have the same problem, I can control what I eat but exercising yuck! You can do it! This is my 2nd week and I've worked out more last week then I did all year. Stay encouraged.

Hi Jersey, I just joined yesterday. I'm pretty much in the same boat as you are. I lost 20lbs last year with the weight doctor and it all came right back after I quit going. However, this time feels a little different, I'm loving the site and the community. I hope all goes well for you, stay encouraged!
