I just wen to the doctor because of dizzy spells, it turned out to be a problem with my sinuses.

My husband cannot cook either. Get a Crockpot. He can dump rice and or potatoes, chicken or beef in the mornings your not going to be home and dinner will be done when everyone is home from work. I know its frustrating.

I concur weighing yourself during this time is a total waste of time. Just check when its over and you'll be pleased with the results.

I was doing the same thing. Start eating earlier, I was waiting to eat with my family and I would be ravenous by then. I eat dinner @ 5 like a senior citizen, and if I'm still hungry I might eat a bowl of cereal, but I'm not eating two portions of dinner anymore
