40lbs... 15weeks!!!

Today I reached 40 lbs lost!!!

I have never lost this much weight before, I feel so successful!! This change has done so much for my family and the people around me!!

Can't wait to add on to my workouts and continue making this my way of life!!

    I am extremely happy for you! :) Doesn't it feel so great and so motivating??

    I have only lost 13lbs, and I want to lose at least 7lbs more...but I myself feel the exact same as you. I often wonder why I was never able to be so successful before!

    Keep track of everything, push yourself in your workouts especially when you don't feel like it and LOTS of water!! :)

    (Never thought I would have advice to share... lol!)
