Okay, I hope I get this right!
Yesterday, I celebrated my first mini goal of 30.

SW: 330
CW: 300
Today is my first day in OVER 10 years that I have ever worn a Belt

Okay, got it fixed now May this is work with pictures. I hope I encourage anybody, especially those who battle with extreme obesity as I have for many years. We can do this!
