I am so glad that you shared your story. It is amazing what you have accomplished. I am learning that it is a whole lot easier to put the weight on than take it off but it can be done.

I am having to eat before my morning workout. I am finding I need to eat a little something when I am done. I have been looking at Protein Bars. Not sure if there is one that is better than any of the others. There seems to be a wide range of them. Does anyone have any advice on them.

I use the Organic Fat Free Milk. I like this better than the regular Skim Milk. It is not watery and it has a longer shelf life.
