  • Two words: Skinny Cow (ice cream sandwiches).
  • Hang in there! It's amazing how fast your muscles come back if you just keep at it! :-)
  • Doing well, but... Has anyone else had a fitness trainer tell them to EAT WHATEVER THEY WANT for 2 meals a week? Mine did. She said it would keep my metabolism from slowing down, but I REALLY REALLY don't think she understands what "whatever you want" means to me, LOL!!! In any case, I've only been doing this for a week,…
  • And YOU seem like an *kitten*, LOL.
  • I don't even know what "creeping a picture" means!!
  • Here is the FB page for the camp I was at...the guy on this page with the white shirt & ball cap is Eric, the owner. It's INCREDIBLY expensive. And as you can see...it didn't teach me to keep it off, either! But now I'm back on track. Take you time, sweetie...you will lose it. If you need help with your eating, get the…
  • I DID lose 30# in 6 weeks once...I was at a Fitness Bootcamp. We exercised 9 HOURS a day, 6 days a week (from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.). On Sunday we got a "vacation" and only had to exercise 4 hours that day. The pain from sore muscles NEVER went away the entire 6 weeks. I could barely walk at first, and the first week I could…

Before you castigate me for what I wrote, please keep in mind that I have been laughed at, called names and asked why I allowed myself to…
  • LOL!
  • I fly ALL THE TIME...I weigh 265#. I attempt to get a window or aisle seat...NO center (you will be MISERABLE). If the person next to you will allow you to keep the armrest up, great...otherwise it will cut into your hips a little. SOME planes' seatbelts won't be long enough...I haven't had to use an extender yet, but…
  • First, I LOVE Your picture, LOL! Some of us who are older, bigger and have almost completely lost our balance HAVE TO hang on until we get back in shape. I try to NOT hang on until I know if I don't I might fall...and then I hang on until I can regain my balance. Just another perspective.
  • I've found through the years that when my weight suddenly goes up and I've been "good," that it drops tremendously in the next day or two. Patience!
