  • Go to a vitamin/supplement/herb shop. You can get in a a few different forms. I take the kelp in pill form but they have it in powder form too.

  • Me!! Quitters never win and winners never quit. Im so glad I got some new friends out of this. When I first joined MFP, I never would have thought to gather up freinds on here but it really helps to have the encouragement and accountability.

  • Congratulations!! You can still stay fit while your pregnant. But don't go trying to lose weight now. Stay fit and you'll have a healthy gain and it will be easier to lose after you deliver.
  • SW 140 3-20 137.4 3-27 136 4-3 137.2 So much for last weeks game plan. I tried a different fitness route. Eat more - Lose more. Looks like it made me gain more. Lol. Oh well. I wont give up.

  • Yeah, I always seem to loose a couple lbs the next day after pizza too. Whats up with that?? Lol. Of course a couple days later though I usually go back to what I was before that.
