  • I'm gonna keep going. Being successful with weight loss during this time of the year is very inspiring. After the new year, it should be all down hill! :glasses: SW 215 EW 207.2 Total lbs lost 7.8 lbs.
  • Hello Group! I am down 1.6 lbs this week. Total loss since we started is 6.4 lbs. I'm so excited about this because at this time last year I think I had already gained almost twice that much. Congrats to all of us for making this commitment and sticking with it. :smile: SW=215 CW=208.6
  • No change for me since I last posted. Still weighing in at 210.2. My total weight loss since we started is 4.8 lbs.

  • I'm certainly going to try and keep up with the challenge this week. I've done 90 minutes of cardio this week, mostly just elliptical trainer and jogging on the treadmill. Going from doing nothing over the past couple months to this routine will certainly be the shock/change my body needs. Thanks for the encouragement.…

  • Hello, I decided just this morning to set a small goal of 15 lbs lost by New Years. I think joining this group is a great start toward that goal. Thanks for helping with the motivation piece. Starting weight 215 lbs.
