Thanks guys for your input! I don't eat a lot of sugar but just go over a tad. But I am more worried about the calorie intake anyways!

Yeah I feel like I burn a lot doing it! I wake up the next morning and my body hurts from exercising with it. I love it!

I do love it! I just did 30 mins a little bit ago and i really do feel it. They lady on the DVD says you can burn up to 100 calories per 10 mins doing a basic twist

You twist on it. It works your abs and they have a DVD I use to so I workout my whole body with it. It is actually fun. Normally I hate workout dvds but this is a fun workout to me!

That is awesome!! Good for you! I also weigh now about 170 and want to be at least 120 . I was super thin all my life till About 18 as well!!! I'm now 22 and fed up with it and want to feel better about myself!
