It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Don’t QUIT! this is what has kept me going.

Some people don't eat fruits or veggies, its difficult for them. If they they eat but dont log then it will be difficult to track their calories since veggies and fruits have calories, and the amount varies. I log everything I eat so to keep track of everything, and to avoid eating above my calories goals.
