Same here!

I tend to only have them when I have not had enough water before/during my workouts. If I stay well hydrated through the day I never seem to have a problem after my workout, if not I have a horrible headache all night!
-
Great job!! Congratulation!
-
I have them about 4 times a week, but only in my morning oatmeal and have never had a problem. I only use 1 Tablespoon each time.
-
I can't stand to have mine in anything while I sleep. Just down and in my way;)
-
These are my top 2 as well, as to make it a lifestyle and not another diet!
-
I weigh once a week, same day/time frame.
-
Great job!

Unfortunately, they never go away:( They do fade in time but always just there.
-
I am for sure a pear!

I am 5'2, 42 yrs and currently 118 with a goal of 116. I have been at 118 for about a month now and may be calling it goal soon if that is what what my body wants to maintain at;)
-
Congrats!! It is a great feeling;)
-
I do this also and works every time;)
-
Congrats!! I am currently on the last week and still can't believe I did it.
-
Just about anything I have recorded. Don't really watch tv at night so save them for my workouts! Favorites are Duck Dynasty, Once Upon a Time, & Modern Family.
-
I did well with Halloween so hoping the same with Easter! Maybe 1 peanut butter egg though;)
-
Love it!

If your weight has gone down, the amount of calories you burn will change as well;)
-
Hate it!! Born and raised in Northern Illinois and moved about 6 years ago to Georgia and hope to never see it again;)
-
I'm 42 and it doe's not come off as fast or easy, but will come off;)
-
Same here;)

I think many people try to go too fast, too soon! I also agree with others that it is a lot mental to push through. I could not run at all, and actually hated it. Now I am in my last week!
-
I started out with my everyday Nikes and had a horrible time! Not until I found shoes that worked for me (Brooks), did I see a huge difference in my running.
-
My current weight is 118 and would like to get to116 for a few lbs wiggle room during maintence;)
-
Great job!!!

I am 42 and totally agree with everyone else. It is slow and a bit harder, but for sure can be done! I personally hate to exercise and when I was younger I never really had too. After 40 I have realized that I HAVE to exercise to maintain and I had to make a life style change, no longer a diet! I do not cut any foods out,…

For sure! I always eat what I want and it is not always good but I want to make this a lifestyle and not a diet! I try to make good choices most of the time but do not limit myself on food, only portions.
-
I found that it really depends on the brand! SOme I just do not like at all, while others are great!

I had always been pretty thin and as I got older just kept eating the same as when I was younger! We were also eating out a bit more and having more get togethers with friends that of course revolved around food/drinks. The weight slowly came on and my sizes were going up. I just kept telling myself it was age and to deal…

Like others have said it appears that you may just need to slow down a bit. From my personal experience and others I have read, the speed is a huge issue as many try to go to fast to soon. You should only be working on distance at this time and not speed. I am currently on W7D2 and I know I would hae not made it this far…
