I am right there with you! We go on a few vacations per year and I never limit myself and only enjoy the full vacation. Soon as I get back, I start logging again with a deficit and within 2-3 weeks I am back to my maintenance weight!

I have been at maintenance a little over a year now and always try to keep between 3 - 5lbs.

I have been at maintenance for a little over a year now and at first I was struggling with the same thing you are. I have learned to exactly live by the post above! It was hard at first as I always wanted to see that magic number on the scale but have learned over time to step away from the scale as much and go on how my…

Watch it and LOVE it, though would never think about doing it;)

This is so me as well. I have learned that depending on time of month, what I have eaten the day before, ect, ect.. My weight can go between 1-3 lbs. When I first started maintenance it freaked me out, though now being in maintenance for a year I have learned to step away from the scale so much and to go on how I feel…

Love my Fitbit One. Had it for about a year now and wear it everyday. For me it is almost perfect for calories burned. I also have a Polar HRM that I wear when I run for a bit more accurate calorie burn;)

This is for me as well;)

I have the Fitbit One and LOVE it! For me, it is accurate for my calorie count/activity level through the day. It is also great as a motivator to let me know them days that I don't seem to be moving as much! I do use my Polar for a better accurate on my runs (and other cardio). I don't think I would like wearing it around…

I also have the FT4 and love it!

I would not even think about a number at this point and just concentrate on exactly what you put in your post, that sounds like a awesome place to start!
-
I totally agree with this!!
-
I gave some to friends, others to Goodwill and some to consignment! Couldn't get rid of them fast enough, though it took me awhile at first to let them all go.
-
I have done this many times as well and love it! I just load it up and don't let it bother me;)
-
I do this as well, though there are a few more times through the season that I don't log like a Holiday Party, ect..

The only cream I found that I like that is low on calories and has the same taste to me is the Land O Lakes Fat Free Creamer. I use it with 2 Splenda;)
-
So very true! Don't let it bother you at all:)
-
Took me almost exactly a year to lose my weight and been on maintenance for about 6 months now;)
-
Wow, you are just amazing!!
-
I wouldn't even worry about it. We normally take 2 cruises and a few smaller vacations throughout the year and I never log and just relax and enjoy vacation! Of course I know I will gain (normally around 5 +/- lbs or so) and just get right back to it as soon as I get home;)

I have the Fitbit One and it is very accurate! I received it for Mothers Day and haven't missed a day without it since, love it! I do use the HRM for my runs though. I have found more then anything is a huge motivator for me to move more, especially on days that I see how low my activity it!

For sure try the C25K program, you will be amazed! I could not run at all until I did this program. There is also a board on here for other people that are doing it and has tons of support, suggestions, ect..

Awesome job!

Great job!

I have done this as well through my maintenance and it has worked out great for me!

I have been hooked on the "Overnight Oatmeal's". If you do a search of them, you will get tons of different recipes, they are so good and filling! I also enjoy an English muffin with peanut butter and banana;)
-
I find that most treadmills are not accurate at all. The only site that I found that is kind of close to my HRM for walking/running was: http://caloriesburnedhq.com/calories-burned-running
-
I would for sure spend the money a go for a food scale. You will be amazed at the difference of a measuring cup/spoons compared to scales on some items!
-
Great job!!

I have both as well and love my Fitbit for keeping me going all day, not just when I have my HRM on;)

I added 50 calories at a time, every 2 weeks.
