  • I"m not big on breakfast, it takes me a couple of hours after I wake up to get hungry. So I make refrigerator oatmeal. 1/2 cup oats 1/2 milk 1/2 yogurt 1 splenda all mixed in a leak proof container and place it in the fridge overnight which softens the oatmeal. I eat it at work whenever I get hungry.
