I am somewhere between 5'8" and 5'9" I started at 213 and was 198 this morning, but I would love to eventually get to 150-160ish. I remember what it felt like to weigh that so that was my goal. I have to take it week by week or it gets overwhelming. So my short term goal is 180 and then I'll lower it when I get there…
