Water is the only way to go. I too was addicted to Coca Cola..it's been about four years since I stopped drinking it! YOU will feel so much better once you stop...but you have to just stop cold turkey...or you never will.....Trust me, it's hard...but it's worth it...that stuff is POISON! Good luck to you!! :)

You should pick a set day and ONLY weigh yourself on that day..otherwise you are going to become very discouraged. I weigh myself on Saturday.....that way I know how hard I worked all week and it usually pays off! So pick a day, weigh yourself that day and DONT weigh yourself until the next week!
