i am large framed. I am currently 190 and this is the smallest i ever remember being but i cant imagine being smaller than 150, thats 40 pounds down from what i am now. Im just going to go by how i look once i get there if i think i can do more i will, if i look good at 150 ill start maintaining. I just want to be healthy…

Just keep eating healthy and working out. it will come off. Some months i lose nothing off my hips then one month ill lose 4 inches. Every persons different just keep working :)

Dont worry how many u can do... just do ur best and write it down. The cool part happens when u retake the fit test in a couple of weeks and u end up being able to do a couple more, u will feel accomplished and strong:)

ok ill take a rest day and just go for a short walk or something. I just kind of feel lazy when i dont do anything. But i dont want to overload my muscles, i've been working out a lot lately. less than 2 months before my sisters wedding so im working extra hard to get down 10-12 pounds before June 23rd

it has taken me 10 months to lose 73 pounds. Just keep going, even if u only lose 4 pounds in a month be proud of yourself and keep pushing through. :)

I use coconut oil and it seems to help a little. There tough to get rid of.

its true but it does depend on the person. I was only eating 1200 and i wasnt eating my calories back i burned and i stopped losing and i wasnt feeling good. Now i eat 1500-1600 cal a day and i feel SOOOO much better and my weight loss has sped up.

do u have a portable dvd player? Thats the only thing i can think of then u could go outside and do the workout. Im on day 4 of insanity, already lost a pound and this is the first day im not sore. I really like it, but its intense. Good luck.

i generally eat the same things especially during the week. I know there good and i'm losing weight. I think its ok to eat the same things

My husband and i just started it. we are on day 4. It is intense. My legs are finally recovering, they have been so sore. I've lost a pound though and its only been 4 days. I would say go for it! :) GL

A lot of trainers show you low-medium-high impact moves and you choose based on your needs. I would say try it and just have fun!! Seriously i love Zumba but i mess up a lot and the first couple of times i went i was like what the heck r they doing. I think Zumba would be a great thing to add to your fitness regiment :)

i just started Insanity. I really like the workout but i havent done it long enough to see any kind of results. R u eating ur exercise calories back? It seems with this workout since it is so intense u might need to eat more.

i am 5'5 at ,y heaviest i was 263.8 in a size 24 and they were tight. Currently im 192.2 and fit into mostly 16, i have gotten into 2 different brands of 14 but wont consider myself that until i fit into mostly 14. I started my journey June 2011 so in 10 months i've gone down 4 sizes :)

i generally do a cheat meal and even then i dont eat as much as i used to. But if i want chicken tender at chillis or something ill get them lol

I LOVE DOGS!! My fur baby is names Ella shes almost 3 years old and she is an Australian Cattle Dog, so extremely high energy. She keeps us on our toes thats for sure :)

you def. can workout at any time during ur cycle. Actually i would suggest u workout, it really helps with cramps adn it shortens your periods. On the first two days of my cycles i get pretty bad cramps so i go as hard as i can when i workout which isnt quite as hard as normal but do the best u can. :)
