My hubby and I met during an Americorp Volunteer Project. Our teams were painting a mural. My hubby sketched the mural, but knew nothing about painting. I helped him mix paint colors, and the rest is history. #love

First day of Turbo Jam: Ab Jam! Boy was that hard! Added in the 20 minute workout, just to make things a little harder. Lol!

First Day of Turbo Sculpt! It was awesome! I cannot believe that I completed 40 minutes of non-stop strength training, using 3 lb weights. I even rocked the 7 minute ab section. JM 30DS definitely prepared me for this workout! Oh, I burned 188 calories. Whahoo!

First day of Turbo Jam, and I LOVE it!!! I completed the Learn and Burn (16 minutes), as well as the 20 Minute Workout. I can definitely feel the burn! It was so fun! It reminded me of cheer-leading!

Day 29 of 30 Day Shred: Level 3. Day 30 of 30 Day Shred: Level 3. I can't believe I did it! I am so proud of myself. My favorite line from the video was "Oooh girl, you look like your hurting" (Jillian Michaels). I felt like she was talking directly to me! So glad I pressed through the pain.

I consume 1200 calories for 3 days, and 1496 (BMR) calories for 3 days. I also allow myself to have a Spike Day (2,992 calories).
