I love JM! The workouts are shorter, but you burn the same amount of calories as Turbo Jam. I lost 10 pounds doing 30 DS! I am going to be adding Shredded with Weights on Saturdays. Keep up the great work!

Last day for the May Turbo Jam Challenge! I am going to conclude with Turbo Sculpt, since it is my favorite.
