    First day of Turbo Jam: Ab Jam! Boy was that hard! Added in the 20 minute workout, just to make things a little harder. Lol!

    I did the 20 Min workout today as well. And dang I am so sweaty half way through. Who knew a little 20 Min workout could be so killer lol. Good job :)

    Back from my three day mini vacation. Today I did Kick, Punch, Jam. Holy smokes! That workout kicked my butt! I sooooo wasn't ready for this workout. I need to seriously build up my endurance. I could barely keep up. I found myself staring at the screen most of the time, trying to figure out the moves. I am actually surprised that I was able to burn so many calories (297). Whoa!

    It is my Kick, Punch Jam day....I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! Favorite workout ever!!!! Jenga BABY!!!!!

    This one makes sweat run down my face and soak my hair but it is worth every second!!!!
