I did the 20 Min workout today as well. And dang I am so sweaty half way through. Who knew a little 20 Min workout could be so killer lol. Good job0

Back from my three day mini vacation. Today I did Kick, Punch, Jam. Holy smokes! That workout kicked my butt! I sooooo wasn't ready for this workout. I need to seriously build up my endurance. I could barely keep up. I found myself staring at the screen most of the time, trying to figure out the moves. I am actually surprised that I was able to burn so many calories (297). Whoa!0

This one makes sweat run down my face and soak my hair but it is worth every second!!!!
