MFP is not only about the food and exercise tracking....the community is a powerful force for motivation and friendship. I spend tons of time on MFP! Love it. It helps.

YOU can do anything YOU want! Anything is possible! It's all about how bad you want it and how strong your commitment is. Keep a positive attitude and work hard. Everyone here will be fully supportive of your goals! Good luck and keep your head up!

This thread rocks. Haven't stopped laughing yet. I think its very odd that Verity has pics of her weird shaped Cheetos. ROFL! The mouse stories are too much to handle. Heard of chickens in eggs before...I guess that's where they come from. Staples...good lord...I hope you got a lifetime worth of oatmeal for that! Post…

Excellent advice! Right on.

Wow, what great success! Wonderful before and after pics!

Yup, but you have to admit soda accounts for a lot of them.
-
Soda = bad for you. Doesn't matter what brand, color, taste, etc... Soda is the reason America is the most obese country in the world. The faster everyone quits, the faster we will all be healthy. I say ban all soft drinks.

Yup. -Men's One A Day 1 -Boost Complete Nutrition 8oz a day - Omega 3 pill 2x a day

Awesome! Keep up the good work and keep pushing yourself further. You'll get results!

This is why they make work out towels...push yourself to exhaustion...sweat is fine as long as you have a towel. On a more serious note, there isn't anything you can do. :-)

I'm interested in ideas here.....my problem is waking up in the middle of the night and eating junk. I guess we need to find something better to do than eat! LOL I feel like I get the munchies.

Hmmm, weird. I just went from a 34 waist to a 30 after losing 40 lbs....just bought new pants this past weekend. It was awesome and I look good in them, just keep up the good work it will pay off with time. :-)

I don't think you should worry unless it continues. Keep drinking water....lots of it...stay hydrated. Don't eat or drink mass amounts of green foods or liquids. Certain multivitamins or prescription drugs can alter the color of your pee. Could also be something you ate. No reason for immediate concern.

Under eating or eating less than 1200 calories a day will cause your body to hold onto its fat. They call this starvation mode which you will force your body into. It is bad news and not healthy.
-
Even better....try spray dressings...bottles are small and no need to measure...10 sprays equals whatever amount of calories. Applebee's and outback steakhouse both have at least one "light" dressing too.

Soda = BAD. There is absolutely no benefit to drinking soda or any sugary drinks and I'm pretty sure we can blame soda for 3/4 of America's obesity problem. They are trying to ban sodas over a certain size here in NY. Switch to water and just imagine that it's a refreshing cherry coke. LOL

You all look absolutely amazing! I love these before and after faces! Stunning! Keep it up and thank you all for being such a great inspiration. Speechless.

I'm still looking for my six pack but I read somewhere that the belly is the first thing to go!

Chocolate. Never. Not even too many prior to changing diet for the good......but.....would love to get my hands on some Peanut M&Ms. I don't think that would fit into my caloric intake. I had 2 jellybeans in the middle of the night just after Easter.

You are amazing! Way to go! Great success!

Awesome Job!
