I have a fitbit ultra and LOVEEEEEEE IT!!!! I just this past week had to buy a new one because I washed mine in the washing machine:( U wear it on your bra strap or in a pocket..wherever..and it tracks your steps and movements all day. you can also set it for workouts and it tells u how many cals u burned, u can also track…

I have had my fitbit ultra for about 6months and I LOVE IT, BEST 100 I EVER SPENT :) The ONLY time I take it off is in the shower. It counts my steps, my fave part because it lets me see how active or inactive I have been all day, when the # is low I know I gotta get moving. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING ONE!!!!!

I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANY OF THAT BUT I DID READ SOMEWHERE THAT WHEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT YOU SHOULDNT EAT MORE THAN A CUP AND A HALF PER DAY, SO THATS WHAT I STICK WITH, BECAUSE FRUIT DOES HAVE ALOT OF SUGAR AND SUGAR TURNS INTO FAT...REGARDLESS OF WHERE IT COMES FROM. DOES THAT HELP??

WALKING IS SO CARDIO....unless u are walking at a snails pace....Walking is how I lost 22lbs so far, I generally walk a path that has some hills to really get my heart pumping. As long as u are up and moving-u are burning calories. :):wink:

I dont accept friend requests from men because I am on here to lose weight and men and women lose weight differently and usually work out differently so I want friends who I can relate to...its not personal :wink:

ALL OF THE ABOVE :happy: I only log on MFP and because I have them synched fitbit adjusts automaticaly on MFP....love my fitbit :tongue:

did u reset it...push the button on the bottom of the base...I had the same problem and once I reset it, it took a couple of hours and then it was synching again. I know its totally frustrating, I have to see my numbers or i go crazy :grumble:
