I do weights 3 days and cardio 3 days....I think u will get better results if u do both....

I have had my fitbit for almost a year, actually this is my second, I washed my 1st in the washer and it was gone :( so I ran right out and bought another one..thats how much I love mine!!! I only take it off to shower....it has been a very useful tool in my weight loss journey. I have worn a HRM and fitbit at same time…

I drink a coke every now and then but 99% of the time its water...I too enjoy food to much to waste those cals on a drink :)

seriously.....smh...I had waffles this morning...before the baby woke up...she makes having waffles difficult lately, but we try to have them atleast 2x a week :)

I too washed mine...and was no reviving it :( BUT I LOVE MINE SOOOOO MUCH that I ran out the next day and bought a new one :happy: To me it was the best money I have ever spent (twice lol) it keeps me accountable of my movement or lack of sometimes. I only take mine off to shower.....I LOVE IT!!!! Would reccomend it 100%

I cant imagine not being able to call my kids when I want and its pretty un-fair of him to take away her ability to call you when she feels the need to..thats his way of being tooo controlling.
