I did Les Mills "Pump and Shred" this morning and everything is sore! Going to walk later, then I will do the ab workout. :)

I did a 2.5 mile walk on my treadmill at 3.6 mph at a 2.5 incline and then 45 minutes of weight lifing (Les Mills Pump (Pump and Shred)). The video had most of the exercises listed in it. :) Burpees ARE the devil! :)

I'm recovering from synovitis in my left hip (synovial fluid was inflammed and my hip was PISSED OFF). Both my primary doctor and my ortho doctor said to do NOTHING for 3 months! Yes, I cried. I would talk to the manager at the gym or file a complaint. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. You are there to work on your fitness not be made fun of by a couple of jerks.

Love it! I am on fitbit #3. Had a few issues with it not syncing, not keeping a good charge, and the base station not working. The company was really good about replacing them. I wear mine all the time! Highly recommend it.

I've switched to Silk Coconut milk vs. real milk and I save some calories, but my biggest weakness is sweet stuff, ice cream. Specifically Publix Key Lime Pie Frozen yogurt, I can't seem to just eat 1/2 cup. It's SO small. I bought some Jello Temptations to try to curb my huge sweet tooth.
