I have the fitbit one and LOVE IT! There is an app for the program so I can see my progress throughout the day. I would highly recommend it.

Florida Gators! And they are doing HORRIBLE this year, but I'm still a fan!!!

I take wellbutrin, work out every day, take my vitamins, walk my dog 2x a day, play with the cats (laser pointer), and if I get really stressed out, I will put on a Harry Potter movie. I love them and they make me happy. Silly I know, but it helps me. I also journal. I have found if I write whatever is bothering me down, I…

I've been having bouts of depression for a number of years. My first doctor put me on Celexa and I gained about 25lbs! I didn't change my eating or workout habits and no matter what I did, could not lose any weight. I went to another doctor and he switched me to Wellbutrin XL and I was able to lose the weight I gained on…

Love my fitbit. Don't go anywhere with out it. Hubs says I'm obsessed with how many steps I take in a day, but I disagree. I log in every day so feel free to add me as a friend!

I try to keep somewhat healthy snacks in the house for that TOM. I cannot keep anything "bad" in the house as I am not responsible enough to limit myself to just a couple. Example: Peppermint Patties I love them. But I will eat the entire bag. So I just don't keep stuff like that here. Once in a while I'll buy Hershey's…

Mizuno Wave Creation -- expensive, but so worth it!

Have you been to your doctor and had a physical lately? Have your blood work done and have your thyroid checked. See what your Doc says. Mine told me to stay under 1400 calories. I know how hard it is and how depressing it can be when the scale doesn't move, but stick with it. You are getting healthier and that is what…

I'm in. Found a stray puppy and we are going to try to find his humans instead of taking him to a shelter. I've been taking him on 3 20 minute walks per day. He loves it and it is healthy for me! Win win!

I love, love, love my fitbit. I never go a day without it. I have had mine for about two years. Started off with the Ultra and have upgraded to rthe FitBit ONE and it is very accurate. The customer service at FitBit is second to none. I don't think I've seen a company that prides itself on customer service like FitBit.…

Nope. Makes me sick too! I went on a 30 day fast food fast and I was all but cured of eating fast food. I eat Subway, but don't really consider it "fast food" with all of the veggies and healthier options. You are not alone.

47 in May. I'm struggling, but I will not give up! Every day is a new day to try again!

I drink the EAS carb advant-edge protein shakes after a workout and then try to get the rest of my protein via my food intake. If I find I'm short on protein, I'll drink another shake.

Just sent you a friend request. I'm on everyday. Goal is to get (and stay) healthy, run and stay injury free and of course get into some skinny clothes.

I'm game! I love a good challenge!

Nope and I usually don't even bother to brush it either.

I'll be 47 this year...feel free to add me, I'm on here daily! :)

1. running on a treadmill - I only do it if it is raining (cloud to ground lightening) 2. squats - hate em, but they work wonders on the *kitten* 3. lunges - hate em, but they work magic on the quads, legs...

I have to admit I have not been weighing myself. I just can't bear to look at that number on the scale. If it is up, I'm upset the rest of the day and beat myself up for eating too much or not working out enough and yes, I know how silly that sounds. I have been working out diligently, wear my FITBIT daily and have been…

Nope...he does not know.

I'm rebounding from a hip injury and have started running 5k's again and will build back up to 10ks and halfs. Good luck with your race. You are gong to do awesome!!! I'm aiming to do the Pensacola Half Marathon later in the year!

Happy Birthday!!

I've ran quite a few 1/2 marathons (10) and 1 full marathon. I found a training plan on line and followed that (Hal Higdon intermediate). If you are relatively new to longer distances, go with a novice runner. Here are a few things that I have encountered and hopefully they will help. 1. Shoes. Very important. Go to a…

My fitness pal had me at 1700+...it was my doctor who told me to reduce it by another 200 calories and not go above 1500. While I do try to stick to my calorie limits, if I feel the need to eat more I do.

Been doing homework most of the day and fighting a head cold, so I ended up on the treadmill at 3.5% incline at 3.8 mph for 3.0 miles and then hard core abs. Kind of boring...but happy I increased the incline and I got a decent workout in today. Will try something different tomorrow. :)P

My weight has been fluctuating like crazy this past week. I'm currently at 184. Goal next week is to lose 1 - 1.5 pounds. Slow and steady. :)

I've been the same weight for 1.5 weeks, stopped weighing myself every day because the scale wasn't moving, stay below my calorie limit, work out 6 days a week and still nothing. It's hard to keep a positive outlook when you are doing everything you are supposed to and your body does not respond.
