Me too; when I get sweating, I start to itch. My wrists, inner elbows, backs of knees and face are the worst. >.<

I'm a circus arts nut, and hae done a bit of hooping as part of that. I have a hoop..... but I'm not very good at keeping it at waist level. I think I kick out one hip a bit.

You've got way more muscle mass than her, and appear to naturally carry more weight on your bust and hips. You actually look fantastic right now; my goal is about 20 kg lighter than your current weight, (I am quite a bit shorter than you, though) but your current look is pretty well exactly what I'm after!
-
What are you actually eating? Are you low on one of protein/fat/carbohydrate calories on particular, or across the board?
-
Then don't worry. Especially if you have to worry about time constraints, (and who doesn't?) the weights are doing you plenty of good.
-
Lots of people have talked about possible reasons for the weight not budging, so I'll take the other, equally important angle.... It's not all about weight loss! Even if you are still at the same weight, you've still made yourself healthier, lowered your risk of lifestyle diseases, and presumably also improved your…

I'm looking into the mirena, and have been told that it likely to be much less of a problem in terms of weight loss than the oral contraceptive, and infinitely better than the implant or shot.

That's okay! People often make the mistake of thinking that psychologists are only for serious mental illnesses, but they're also there to help you get over hurdles like this. <3
-
Well, it is hard! Some people just don't care that much about food, but if you do, keeping a good relationship with it and trying to eat less is not easy. A dietician or even a regular psychologist might be able to help you more.

I have the complicating factor of IBS, so take it with a grain of salt, but absolutely yes. I was brought up eating "healthy", have gained weight purely from over-eating healthy stuff, and a rich meal (like, eating out) always makes me sick. My partner (who is skinny as a rake, at 165 cm and 54 kg...) is the same. French…

I think I'm 5'3" (163 cm) at about 140 lbs (64 kg) with about 20 lbs (10 kg) to lose. Sorry, I live in a metric country; I don't know my lbs and inches conversions very well.

Yeah, I was going to say take it straight to a lawyer, or if you're not in a position to do that contact your local police station or legal aid office for advice. Sometimes all it takes is a stern look from an attorney and the scammers scatter like cockroaches.

What are the ingredients? O.o

Sweet! I'm in materials physics. XD

Does she do the weights part?

Body fat needs to be measured more directly, not calculated from those very basic inputs. I see at least one person complaining about BMI (which isn't that bad; it's a good rule-of-thumb for a population-typical build), but calculated body fat is SO MUCH WORSE. I'd completely ignore that number.

Weighing at the same time of day is really important. I get a variation of about 2 kg (on 65 kg) over the course of the day depending on what I've eaten before weighing, how much water I've had, bowel movements, etc. However, a variation of ~6 kg seems excessive....? I'd bet that the kids are playing with the scales or…

I don't know about with RA, but I have trouble doing open-hand pushups without hurting my wrists because of hyperextension problems and this is how I get around it.

You could try a dry shampoo.... but I'm not a fan of them personally. I make my colour last longer by using a mild shampoo and watering it down. If it's mostly sweat and not built-up scalp grease you're washing out, you hardly need any shampoo to get it clean. (Uhm, oh, incidentally, I'm wearing a wig in my profie pic. I…

If the second doctor didn't pick up on the lactose intolerance, it's not lactose. Also, if you react to cheese as badly or worse than you to to milk, it's not lactose -- cheese has much lower levels of it. I'm also lactase-positive (i.e. I have the enzyme needed to process lactose) but react to dairy badly, and cheese and…

Bloody grad school, hey? It's gift to me has been 10 kg. >.< What's your field?
-
Seconded.

OH MY GOSH you were only eating 1000 cal and burning 900 at the gym most days?!?! Now thar's yer problem! That's some seriously unhealthy stuff, and explains both the infrequent bowel movements and the lack of sweat: your body must have been completely freaking out! This 2100/1200 pattern will almost certainly have you…

So true! The high-fiber approach is like poison for my mum, but works really well for me!

Dairy is a common one for IBS, as is sugar (in fruits and sweet veg, not just in processed foods and soda!) but unless your gastroenterologist has specifically said to cut it, you probably want to see one about food intolerances and triggers. Don't try to do an at-home elimination diet; for it to be valid and safe, you…

They'll probably separate a little as they thaw, and they won't be all nice and frothy, but give it a go and see how it works out for you.

"Too skinny" is when it starts negatively affecting your health. End of story. >_o
-
Being sick is like exercise in and of itself, and exercising while sick is likely to make you more sick for longer.
-
Your body is already working hard fighting the tonsilitis; exercising on top of it could make it worse. It's not an excuse, it's a good reason to rest and get better.

Also, I think I forgot to say: congratulations and well done! A close friend of mine is also fighting back against her eating disorder and I'm really inspired and seriously stoked to hear from people tough enough to work at overcoming it.
