It's not normal for most people, but if you consistently go every four days, and don't have any related problems, it may well be fine and normal for you. Going regularly is more important than going often. You do probably need to eat more, y'know....

When I started reading that, I was actually thinking it was kinda cute.... then it struck me, you seem to be talking about a non-consensual situation. Am I correct in thinking that the feeder in these situations doesn't disclose what they're trying to do, and the fed doesn't consent to it?

(Double post, sorry.)

Have you tried keeping a detailed food and symptoms diary? You might just have a food intolerance or something there.... There might be a common factor. I'd keep a food and symptoms diary for a month or two, and head to the doctor if you can't see for yourself one or two things that seem to consistently make you sick.…

Fattier foods make my digestive system totally freak out in exactly the same way as that.

Awesome! Losing inches but not pounds means you're building muscle, which will help you lose even more inches! Damn fine work, miss.

I made a group, if anyone's interested....? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/4378-circus-arts

Lean to outright wiry. <3

Yeah, circus schools are kind of expensive, but here in Sydney it's comparable to a typical gym membership. I also have the advantage of there being a recreational circus arts club at my university who run trapeeze classes a few afternoons a week for cheap at a small, cheap rockclimbing gym. And thanks for the compliment!…

: ( Oh well, starting from that point, I imagine that at least you're still a lot better off than a lot of people. Hahaha, well, the point is to -develop- gymnastic ability; you don't have to start with it! But I can see being scared of heights would be a problem for aerials and acro at least.... >.< I signed up for…

Hey, so it does! :D Oh man, I wouldn't mind too much if I was.... the thing I have to be *more* careful of is the fact I hyperextend pretty severely through all my joints, so keeping a good strength-flexibility balance is really important for me.

The question is more "are you diabetic, pre-diabetic, in a high diabetes risk group, or having a family history of diabetes?" but, yeah, I'll go with that.

Sugar is sugar is sugar. You can indeed have too much sugar from fruit. You could try replacing some fruit with raw veg -- celery with some sort of nut butter or hummous, ferinstance.... Fruitarianism works for some people, just as some people can live on soda and candy bars and still look great. At least fruit has other…

Actually, I -am- a migraine suferer, and there -are- answers for -many- of us, and if a GP isn't helping, a neurologist is usually the next port of call. I'm lucky: a hormonal contraceptive helped a lot, and for me the aura develops before the pain, and I can actually largely head it off with a big whack of caffeine and…

Heehee XD Yeah, that would kind of put this into the wrong forum, hey? Thanks! Why not take up something you can do solo -- like hooping or poi? It's not as intense as aerials, but it's still something, and a lot of fun.... Thanks! I can juuuust get my toes to my forehead at the moment; it's going to be a little while…
-
Would you guys be interested in a circus arts group? There are lots of tutorials and videos for hooping floatin around online, which would help... I love 'em! XD

Hey! Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm so glad to find some other circus arts people! I'm currently training aerials, fire fans (though I haven't yet done a burn....), and contortion. ^__^

Nope, steroids (beyond neccessary medication) are an absolute no, and a steroid-enhanced body type is actually pretty repulsive to me. You mention Christain Bale, and that any woman would do him. Sorry, but no.

A mate of mine is in a similar situation, (similar height, but I'm pretty sure he's always been slightly over 50 kg....) and he's gotten into rockclimbing to gain muscle mass. Being light and tall, it's relatively easy to get started, and then you get the positive feedback of increasing resistance as you gain weight.

Hi! I'm a grad student in Sydney. ^__^

Cup size is proportional to band size, so you've actually lost a roughly proportional number of inches around your bust and around your chest if you've gone from a 40DD to a 34D. Time and a vitamin E moisturiser may help with their appearance.....?

Agreed: my migraines can be completely pain-free, on rare occasions, but I go partially blind and can't speak clearly -- sounds like a stroke, I know, but it's definitely a migraine. However, migraine pain *does* tend to be more intense than other headaches, so it's not all wrong.

If you're getting them that frequently, I really think you should be seeing a neurologist about them. There are answers to be found, and this sounds like it's affecting your life badly enough that it's worth pursuing. A tension headache can also trigger a migraine for some people who are prone to them, so a physio might be…

An abrupt change in eating habits is always going to take a little while to adjust to. >_o Upping you water intake should hep a lot. Some people have suggested metamucil or other fiber supplements: considerin gthe big change for you might just be a sudden increase in fiber, that's not the route I'd go right now. If it…

Well done! No long-term harm done, hey? ;p
-
You look fantastic, and quite healthy. People are probably just used to seeing heavier folk and have come to percieve overweight as normal. If you wanna shut people up, though, up the intensity of your workouts and build yourself more muscle!
-
I think that's pretty normal! Especially if you are aiming to lose a good amount, the first stages seem to go really fast for a lot of people. Just don't be disenheartened if in a coupla months your rate of loss slows right back down, as that's pretty much normal too.
-
Hey, your weightloss journey should be the start of a long-term lifestyle change, and that s*** would be pretty depressing if you couldn't have some unhealthy food with friends every once in a while. ;p It's silly to feel guilty if it's something you do very occasionally; it's just like treating yourself to a day at the…

Because of the complication of your insulin resistance, I would strongly suggest you get an appointment with a nutritionist. The diets from diet books could potentially do you a good bit of harm.
