I make oatmeal muffins; freeze them; pop in microwave & have for breakfast. 3 reduced sugar apple/cinnamon oatmeal 1/4 cup egg beaters 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup water a few walnuts on top or raspberries (I don't bake them in the oven; make them in the microwave) Doesn't even seem like you're eating oatmeal
