Okay, please bear with me here. I think I am beginning to grasp this. It took a long time for me too see how there could be a deficit doing it this way. I used the site recommened (scobbys workshop calorie calculator) This is saying me TDEE is 2705. And my BMR is 1966. It also allows for a choice of percent of calories…

Finally! It is so nice to find validation that my goals are not out to lunch! I am 5'10 SW 306: CW: 249.8 First Goal: 200 feels like a loooooooong way. I am hoping that after I prove to myself that I can handle that then it will click even more. Ultimate Goal I am thinking between 175 and 185.

I don't count it because it is not something that I have started recently. So to me, that means that I have already accounted it into my Calories goals when selecting my activity level. I only count things that I am doing solely for the purpose of excersize.
